Helpful apps for developing a calmer mind

When I was the principal case manager for the Health Technology study at PeaceHealth, I learned the benefits of smart phone apps. Clients who used the apps consistently learned mindfulness techniques and were supported to develop new behaviors to address the challenges hearing voices, depression, and psychosis can bring.
